    5. User maintain insurance for use of drone camera, as by Applicable Laws, and provide of insurance upon by Provider.

    6. This Contract be by party upon notice if party breaches material of this Contract and to such breach within period of time.

  6. Applicable Law

    7. This Contract be by and in with laws of Republic of India, without effect to any of laws principles.
